Classification Title: HR Generalist II Job Description: The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (CLAS) is seeking an HR Generalist II. This position is housed in the Office of the Dean. As the university's largest college, CLAS is home to the humanities, the social and behavioral sciences, and the physical, natural and mathematical sciences. This position will assist the Director of Human Resources and will be responsible for analyzing, preparing and processing human resource transactions. This position provides human resources guidance to all units of the college. The incumbent must have a thorough understanding of UF HR rules and regulations and must inform supervisory personnel of changes or interpretation of policies or procedures that involve the College.
