HR Specialist - (Tampa, FL)

We are looking for a dynamic team member to join our HR Department The HR Specialist's principal role will be coordinating and completing the pre-employment process to include: experience screening, review of all new hire paperwork for accuracy, and entering info into the HRIS as well as implement the training programs consistent with DACCO's goals and mission. This position will require local travel between our headquarters and another office location near USF. The HR Specialist will spend time in both locations every week. Serving Hillsborough County since 1973, DACCO is 1 of Florida's largest community-based providers of behavioral health services. Our mission is simple- DACCO is working for a drug-free community: 1 person, one family at a time.
