Description of Duties/Required functions Benefits Supplemental Questions Under general direction of the Compliance & Control HR Functional Processing Supervisor (PSA), serves as the statewide Worker's Compensation Coordinator for the Public Safety Services Center, with a specific focus on the Department of Corrections, Department of Juvenile Justice, Illinois Emergency Management and Office of State Fire Marshall; serves as liaison with Central Management Services (CMS) worker's compensation and Tristar Risk Management; plans, directs and coordinates the Worker's Compensation plan while maintaining compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA); directs the light duty program; prepares, submits and directs the U.S. Department of Labor Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) reporting.
