Duties HelpDuties Summary The selectee serves as a Liaison Branch Chief in the Human Resources Operations office. In this capacity, the incumbent manages the operations responsible for delivery of a range of human resources services to the agency mission area and client agencies. Learn more about this agency Responsibilities The duties may include, but are not limited to: Responsible for oversight of a wide spectrum of HR functions through the direction of subordinate supervisors. Position is responsible for operations conducted in: Classification and Position Management, Staffing and Employment, Personnel Actions and Recordkeeping, Pay and Leave Administration, and Employee Benefits. Serves as the onsite Operations Liaison Branch Chief for customers located in the headquarters offices of MRP and the client agencies. Interacts with a variety of customers on behalf of HR Operations to help educate clients and to respond to customer concerns.
