Careers that Change Lives Medtronic's Securities and Corporate Governance ("SCG") legal team provides primary support for 5 critical areas including: (1) Medtronic Board of Directors; (2) U.S. and Irish public company filings; (3) Legal Entity management; (4) Investor Relations, Accounting and Finance and Global Rewards; and (5) Shareholder services. As a member of the SCG legal team, the Principal Paralegal, is an expert with the essential skills to independently execute a broad spectrum of corporate legal activities such as corporate filing preparation and submission, management of transfer agent, shareholder services, and regulatory reporting. The Principal Paralegal reports to the Sr. Legal Program Manager, Corporate & Securities. The position is located in Fridley, Minnesota.
