FutureCare Old Court, in Randallstown, is looking for an RN/Shift Supervisor to join their team A professional nurse who is a member of the nursing leadership staff. Principal role is supervision of all nursing personnel and nursing related functions on a specific shift. Duties involve assessing staffing and resident needs and directing care. Works predominately with an adult geriatric population. Duties & Responsibilities: Duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following tasks and assignments: Clinical: Serves as role model for staff through provision of safe, effective and efficient nursing care. Supervises clinical aspects of nursing. Leadership: Manages day to day operations of Nursing Department Communications: Interfaces with others to insure efficient unit operations. Professional Development: Seek opportunities for own growth and expansion of responsibilities to maintain clinical competency. Current Maryland Registered Nurse License.
