Position title: Shift Supervisor Job summary: Supervise and ensure compliance with all safety, quality, production, waste, housekeeping and cost reduction goals for all shift employees, as well as other aspects of their job. Ensure that all employees are properly trained and equipped to perform their jobs to achieve and exceed Company goals and objectives. This position is primarily the day shift however the applicant must be flexible as they may be assigned to the second or third shift as needed for vacation/illness coverage.
