Position title Receptionist/Brand Ambassador Position overview Summary The Receptionist/Brand Ambassador is the face of the client and provides extraordinary customer service reporting to the Facility Manager. This position is the focal point of building / activity info providing support to the occupants and guests. Additional coordination between the client, property management company and Cushman & Wakefield for event and conference room support. Responsible for providing superior background to the occupants and guests at the location. The Receptionist/Brand Ambassador will assist with front desk, conference room and event coordination, along with support to the facility management team. These activities align with management agreements, client requirements and Cushman & Wakefield mission, principles and ability, to grow a unified, engaged and responsible corporate culture that leverages best practices within the Facility Management fields.
