The Volunteer Coordinator VISTA will build a volunteer recruitment database, implement recruiting protocols, and follow best practices to retain volunteers for the Carson City Parks, Recreation and Open Space. Job overview The Volunteer Coordinator VISTA will be an essential member of the Carson City Parks, Recreation and Open Space team. This person will develop a volunteer program including protocols for recruiting, training, appreciating, and managing volunteers who will assist in implementing community programs, park clean-ups, and similar volunteer activities.
