Position description Responsible for receiving, reviewing and coordinating all Residual Markets workers compensation claim coverage denial cases. Primary Position duties & Responsibilities Receive, review and coordinate all residual market workers compensation claim coverage denial cases by: Performing timely coverage analysis (i.e. employer/employee relationship, officer exclusions, accident date vs. date of injury, etc.) based on application of the policy language to the facts or allegations made in the claim file. Representing the company as a technical resource for workers compensation claim coverage denial cases, attend legal proceedings as needed.
