Marketing Project Manager Location: Mountain View, CaliforniaRole & Responsibilities: Assist in development and coordination of Marketing Community learning pilots and events including: Manage end-to-end project workflow including milestone tracking Schedule and secure the use of internal or external facilities, including meeting rooms, equipment, and any meals Manage invitations/attendees Support training content development including video production management and logistics; printed material development, printing, and kitting; electronic material distribution, etc. Day-of facilitation needs Manage consultants/facilitators including sourcing, vetting, and managing relationships (such as meeting and event scheduling, meeting notes) Manage and track detailed budgets, PO processes, etc. Drive contract/statement-of-work processes from start to completion and change management.
