Learn more about this agency Responsibilities As a Criminal Investigator (Special Agent) in the Cyber Investigations and Forensic Analysis (CIFA) section of the DOE Office of Inspector General, you would be responsible for conducting investigations involving alleged or suspected fraud, waste and mismanagement of Department of Energy computer networks and systems, and forensic data recovery activities or intrusions into Electronic Data Processing, telecommunications, Internet, and other network systems. You will independently plan and conduct investigations of DOE programs and operations.
