Quality Engineer - (Mayfield Heights, OH)

In this role you will be an integral Quality team player providing leadership relating to Hardware Product Quality supporting the Control and Visualization business (CVB). This position mandates a Customer product quality advocate to the CVB functional teams and have the expertise to contribute passion and improvement vision in a highly collaborative, quick paced, technical environment. This role provides the opportunity to be involved in a broad spectrum of hardware quality activities spanning Customer quality to new product development, focused on driving improvements in business and customer satisfaction results for the CVB organization. Key areas of focus include: For specific hardware products, establish and maintain Customer/Field quality metrics, improvement goals, as well as facilitation of improvement actions to ensure a continuous field quality improvement infrastructure.
