PURPOSE This role will be responsible for the oversight and execution of Medical Details and Pharmacovigilance training including identifying, designing, delivering and evaluating learning opportunities for Medical Details Specialists and Pharmacovigilance Operations Specialists. RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and align training needs of the Medical Info/Pharmacovigilance (MI/PV) team. This training includes all training required for the specialists such as, soft skills, processes and systems. Proactively identify opportunities and develop strategies for training. Develop and manage a sustained training program.
