Asst Athletic Dir for Facilities/Event Management - (Rochester, MI)
Job details The Assistant Athletic Director for Facilities and Event Management serves as a member of the department's senior leadership team that is committed to excellence and advancing the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics through its strategic plan and vision. This senior level administrator will provide leadership, direction and managerial support and budget oversight to Facilities Operations, Events Management, and the Athletic Equipment Room. Bachelors' degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or background is required. 3 to 5 yrs progressive background in facilities and operations management in Division I Intercollegiate Athletics. Working understanding of building systems, maintenance supervision and facilities operations. Perform all position responsibilities in a manner consistent with NCAA conference and University rules, regulations, ordinances, policies, procedures and guidelines. Strong written, interpersonal and spoken communication abilities.
