Industrial Engineering Project Manager Position details: As a member of the Distribution team, the Industrial Engineering Project Manager will work in the design of manufacturing and distribution center layouts and perform facility master planning. Engineering functions may include process flow analysis, statistical data analysis and correlation, alternative layout generation, equipment evaluation and cost analysis. If you are looking for a typical Project Manager position in which you manage and control the resources that are completing the projects you oversee, this is not for you. They roll up their sleeves and dig in to the technical work too The Industrial Engineering Project Manager will supervise, coordinate, and review the work of a small staff of engineers, other professionals, and technicians and estimate personnel needs and schedules and assign work to meet completion dates. Typical workload is 2-4 projects ranging in complexity and size.
