Test Planner/ORSA with Security Clearance - (Fort Rucker, AL)

Provides technical and analytical services as an Operations Research Systems Analyst/Test Planner for a Contractor Team supporting the Joint Aviation Multi-Ship Integrated Air Defense System (IADS) Survivability Validation (JAMSV) Quick Reaction Test at the United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence, Fort Rucker, Alabama. Essential Job Functions: Participate in Quick Reaction Test (QRT) execution activities including: developing test issues, operational effectiveness measures, factors and levels, and initial test design as inputs to the initial QRT Test Plan and schedule. Responsible for leading test design activities including designing the measures of performance and effectiveness required to gather necessary data to support JAMSV test analysis and evaluation. Supports QRT planning by developing data collection, analysis and evaluation plans as well as leading post-test evaluation and assessment during report preparation.
