Maintenance Technician (Marq on Martin) - (Lacey, WA)

Security Properties Residential (SPR) has an opening for a Maintenance Technician for the Marq on Martin apartments located in Lacey, WA. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for responding to maintenance requests as directed, and for the interior and exterior daily cleaning and trash removal. This position will perform preventative maintenance and apartment turns, diagnose problems and repairs in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry wall, appliances etc., and ensure that work orders are responded to professionally and promptly. Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness and work with outside contractors as needed. Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents and promote a quality living background for all. Qualifications for this position include a min of 1 year of apartment maintenance or similar background, a current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
