Senior Production Manager - (Davenport, IA)

At least a five years experience managing production personnel. Experience in Fabrication Foam, Molded Fiber, specialty materials a plus. You will: Hire salary and hourly workers for production. Develop cross training - conduct performance appraisals. Coordinate the activities of production personnel/teams in order to meet customer delivery and product quality qualifications within established cost parameters. Manage departmental spending to within budgetary limits. Support engineering with process development and transfer of new products into production. Develop production schedules. Monitor raw material and subassembly deliveries. Identify production shortfalls as early as possible.
