Power Delivery Sales Manager - (Chicago, IL)

The Regional General Manager (RGM) is accountable for the success of business development and sales efforts within a region for the B&V Power Delivery Business. The RGM will work for the Sales Director, and will work in a matrix organization that aligns the goals of Business Lines and Regional Profit/Loss centers. The RGM will be focused on a select number of target and strategic clients. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Leads business development activities for the Power Delivery business line in the Southeastern Unites States. • Develops account plans for targeted clients and potentially strategic clients in the Southeast Region to meet or exceed desired New Business Project Gross Margin (PGM) goals. Southeast Region for this position is defined generally by North Carolina and Tennessee and states to the south. • Identifies personnel within client organizations to cultivate relationships which will lead to new business or maintenance and expansion of existing relationship.
