About this Role: The Department of Diagnostic Medicine/Pathobiology within the College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking applicants for a Research Assistant. This position will be responsible for performing laboratory assays and assisting in the management of BSL2 and BSL3 virus laboratories. Assignments include assisting with research projects, performing and assisting others with lab techniques, and ordering laboratory supplies. Duties / Responsibilities: Assist in the management of BSL2 and BSL3 virus laboratories to include: writing and maintaining SOPs, detailed lab notebook, and detailed compliance records.
