Maintenance Technician - (Carmel, IN)

Training/Education: High-school diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License and reliable private transportation EPA Designation/Certification preferred Background wanted: Min 2 years demonstrated ability in the maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing and grounds keeping Oral and written correspondence abilities Knowledge of Equal Housing Opportunity (EHO) qualifications and applicable program regulations Special Qualifications: Expertise to operate a two-axle motor vehicle Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently and up to 100 pounds with the help of a lifting device.
