Industrial Maintenance Supervisor - (Texarkana, TX)

Primary Functions: The Maintenance Supervisor facilitates maintenance activities with production and is accountable for managing the preventive scheduled maintenance. This position manages the unscheduled repair activities to ensure plant is continuously operating, prepares daily schedules for maintenance personnel and assures work requests have proper approval. Supervisory assignments include direct administration of the Maintenance Department. Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise & work planning of the maintenance personnel Create & manage all work order activity Participation in plant improvement programs Maintain control of departmental budget through monitoring of stores replenishment & repeat tasks.
