Information: Seeking a trained professional with at least 2yrs' background in a lead culinary role such as a Lead Cook, Chef Supervisor or Chef Manager who has spent time teaching and training others in the kitchen; the Chef Manager will lead a team of ten and will work a Monday-Friday three week rotating schedule (6:00am-2:30pm, 7:30am-4:00pm, 9:00am-5:30pm); Culinary Degree preferred. As specialists, we perform services including healthcare housekeeping, management in laundry processing, patient transportation, and food service.
