Position details and Responsibilities: Directly manage Human Resources staff, Volunteer Program, Gift Shop, Education, and Organizational Development Supervise the recruitment, interviewing, testing and selection of employees for open positions Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources and ensure compliance in all reporting policies and procedures Supervise the maintenance of employee records, benefit plan administration, performance reviews, and employee statistics for government reporting Serve as the chairperson for the Benefits Committee Develop, implement, and support hospital salary and wage program Complete all tasks of Human Resources office administration Fast facts about Grand Junction
