Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition - (North Chicago, IL)

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Over the past few years, Abbott has undertaken a dynamic transformation spanning its innovative products to its technology infrastructure. With leading devices like FreeStyle Libre and AlinIQ, among others, Abbott and the patients we serve live in an increasingly advanced world. Moreover, Abbott’s strategic acquisitions in 2017 of St. Jude Medical and Alere have amplified the breadth and complexity of its business. To better facilitate company growth, Abbott is seeking a senior recruiter to support Corporate functions such as legal, procurement, audit and more. This global shared service organization works across all divisions and spans everything from legal, procurement, IT, finance, engineering services, public affairs and more. The senior recruiter will be responsible for managing job requisitions, screening applicants, sourcing of passive applicants, and driving the full life cycle recruitment process to completion.
