The size of a client account it $60 million . The Director of Client Services Operations will be reporting directly to the founders of the firm, and manage a team of nine staff members ranging from Client Service to Operations professionals. This Director position will be wearing multiple hats, such as "Head of Client Service", driving efficiencies and improving the operational infrastructure, mentoring and training the staff members and support the Directors with the onboarding of large new client acocunts.
