Senior construction project manager - (Boca Raton, FL)

Position summary JOB DESCRIPTION Reputable and established commercial exterior national contracting firm is seeking a experienced New Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction, waterproofing, painting and remodel projects. Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of project management from contract implementation to schedule and budget tracking. Travel is a requirement for this position as a majority of our current and upcoming projects are located outside of Florida; accommodations for travel are included in a competitive comp package for applicants who are qualified. RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management from negotiation and procurement of contract to closeout Create and execute in-depth project schedules, budgets and estimations Manage workforce and coordinate with office personnel to appropriately manage project labor and client communication. Responsible for material and equipment procurement within constraints of schedule and budget.
