Hvac mechanical tech - (Harrisburg, PA)

Position overview: Perform maintenance and service repairs on building systems. Equipment worked on includes but not limited to chillers, heating systems, fans, pumps, hot water heaters (steam and electric). Basic knowledge of skilled trade activities in plumbing, carpentry, electrical and mechanical work and painting. Basic mechanical aptitude for operation and repair of equipment. Skill in the use of a variety of skilled trade tools (including both hand and electric tools). Basic English language communication and mathematical skills in order to communicate with co-workers, fully comprehend position assignments and perform accurate arithmetic functions. Expertise to move and work throughout the property for the duration of shift. Expertise to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping and kneeling. Expertise to push and pull objects or materials weighing up to 100lbs.
