Kelly Services is currently seeking a Leasing/Compliance Admin for a temp to hire opportunity with 1 of our premier clients in Downtown St. Louis MO. Background in Property Management with a min of 2 yrs working in Low income tax credit or Section eight is Required. Position assignments: Lease processing to assist with qualifying of candidates in several HUD and Tax credit residential properties. Qualifying candidates in accordance with tax credit and section eight guidelines. Conducting candidate and tenant interviews by obtaining all criteria obtaining necessary income and general verification''s. Interacting with residents. Shift Hours: M,W,F - 8:30am - 5:00pm and T,TH 10:00am - 6:00pm
