Warehouse Department Lead- Full-time Compi Distributors, Inc. is a full service wholesale distributor serving the cabinetry, countertop, and millwork industry. Compi Distributors Inc. is seeking an individual to serve as a "Warehouse Department Lead" at our Arnold, MO Branch. Qualifications: Prior forklift experience Prior managerial background preferred Great work ethic with a positive attitude Team member To be able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management throughout the organization Expertise to lift products up to 55 pounds and team lift when necessary Punctual with good organizational and time organizational skills 2nd Shift 11am - 7:45pm, must be flexible with ending times Core functions: Use of a forklift to load, stack, and pick various size particle board for delivery or customer pick up Use of a bander to put together larger customer orders 2nd shift night loading team member.
