RECRUITER: Jean-Philippe Graff Sitting in Macquarie Investment Management headquarters in Philadelphia, you will be part of a team of dedicated recruitment and recruitment coordination professionals who form the Hudson RPO team on-site at Macquarie. Working closely with the Resourcing Director who looks after the overall Hudson RPO relationship with Macquarie, you will leverage your strong client service orientation and excellent relationship development skills to establish strong working partnerships with key stakeholders in Macquarie Investment Management HR and across the business. As the Macquarie Investment Management dedicated recruiter, you will be responsible for proactively identifying applicants for the division s open roles from a variety of source channels, engaging prospective applicants as a pipeline for future positions and generally building the Macquarie brand within target talent communities.
