Technical Client Engagement Manager six months + possible renewal Jacksonville, FL We are looking for an Engagement Manager to engage with and build positive relationships with our technology partners. This position will be responsible for generating interest and driving forward adoption of a new application (ACR) used for requesting security rules, allowing user or application connectivity. Yoursquoll be the 1st point of contact, ensuring that our partners remain satisfied with our services. To succeed in this role, yoursquoll need to communicate well and multi-task under aggressive deadlines. Experience in IT security and application profiling is an asset in this position. Your ultimate goal in this role is to have all incoming security requests to be received via ACR so we can retire the legacy application ndash INCR.
