Description : The Laboratory s Phlebotomy and Outreach Services Supervisor is responsible for overall management, leadership and operations of assigned department. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining assigned department in a mannerthat meets all regulatory and hospital standards, training and developing personnel, interacting professionally with staff and other hospital departments, and keeping current on all issues related to assigned department. The position reports to the LaboratoryDirector.. Qualifications : Education RequirementsBachelor or associate level or degree completed within twelve months of employment. Relevant background may be considered in lieu of education.Background RequirementsMinimum five years clinical background; Min 2 yrs supervisory or leadership background.
