Senior Materials Planner/Buyer - (Gays Mills, WI)

Job summary: The Senior Buyer/Planner is responsible to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedules. This position has direct responsibility for the establishment and maintenance of an Inventory/production plan of raw/WIP/Stock items, directly influencing manufacturing cost through the proper planning and execution of production/service scheduling and materials procurement. Support reduction of lead time to fulfillment and production productivity by maintaining an effective supply chain. This position has direct responsibility for managing supply chain risk and maximizing margin and cash flow through cost savings and inventory management. Expected to work in the office during normal business hours and have outstanding verbal and writing expertise, expertise to meet deadlines and good business ethics.
