Customer Service Representative - Personal Lines CSR - (Magnolia, TX)

Personal Lines CSR TWFG retail branch office located in Magnolia, TX is seeking a Personal Lines customer service representative (CSR) to join their growing team. This position will be primarily responsible for servicing and cross selling current client base which will include: quoting, servicing, preparation, maintaining and filing paperless database, cross-selling and other various projects. This is an inside sales and servicing position for an independent agency. The right applicant can qualify to work from home after a min of 90 days in the office. Position responsibilities: Customer Service Representative must have a TX General Lines PC License (Applicants without a license will not be considered) Customer Service Representative must have two years of experience in an independent insurance office Customer Service Representative must have experience with commercial insurance in addition to personal lines experience desired Customer Service Representative must have strong work ethic, multi-tasking
