Overview General RV Center is coming to Ocala, Florida We are now in search of a Service Manager to lead our Service Team as we prepare to open our 13th location. With 60 acres of property on I-75, as well ¼ mile of frontage, this will be 1 of the premier RV facilities in the country. General RV is 1 of the nation’s fastest-growing RV dealers, and we’ve been ranked a top 50 RV Dealer for seven straight years by RV Business magazine. You’ll be an integral part of an industry-leading team. As a Service Manager, you’ll play a key part in determining the success of our Service Department. Your job is to cultivate relationships with employees and customers alike to ensure a positive service background. You will oversee a state of the art 40 bay facility with over 100 employees. Responsibilities Ensure the service team consistently provides the most competitive level of customer service while achieving a high standard of quality to meet or exceed customer expectations.
