Bilingual Client Account Representative (Mandarin/English) - (St Louis, MO)

The Client Account Services department is responsible for opening new accounts and updating existing accounts. Within Client Account Services, The Rep CAS role is primarily focused on client communications and will also process items in queue . Processing work is primarily available via image workflow system (ISIS) and Salesforce is utilized for expedite cases. Communications with client are done via inbound and outbound phone calls and email correspondence (KANA). Support clients and business partners via inbound phones with questions related to new account opening, account maintenance, Processing of client requests routed via fax, mail, and email through the imaging workflow system: This may include: New Account Opening / Resolution Account Closures Account Registration Changes Pin/Password Changes Forms Routing / Indexing Expedite Processing Requestso Process changes to client accounts resulting from periodic exception reporting.
