Litigation Associate Attorney - (Albuquerque, NM)

Albuquerque office of our client seeks associate attorney with 1-five years of courtroom background. The applicant serves in document review and preparation, suit decisions, interacting with litigation, post judgment and collection staff, communicating and negotiating with consumers and attorneys. Manages satellite two person, high volume office by managing the New Mexico workflow, collaborating with CA staff attorneys and clerks; planning and managing a busy calendar; preparing and managing cases; assisting Audit and Compliance with client requests and audit issues. Understands all client policies and procedures and conducts all firm business within those guidelines. Researches and understands laws, statutes, constitutions, regulations, court rules and regulations, including industry trends and conducts all firm business within those guidelines. Prepares cases attends court hearing, conference calls, consulting client witnesses; completing discovery process; developing case and testimony; completing filings.
