Overview of Position: The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing and directing the plant production, lab, shipping resources to positively contribute to the safety, regulatory compliance, reliability, quality, and financial performance goals of the Mapleton Plant. The position is responsible for daily production oversight, personnel supervision and development, plant scheduling functions, inventory tracking, and container management. This role will actively contribute to all elements of PSM compliance in all areas of the plant. This role will provide back-up coverage for other responsibilities, including the safety and environmental functions. Key responsibilities: Production Supervision * Supervises the day-to-day operations for production to ensure manufactured products meet or exceed all established demand and quality qualifications. Provide direction to operators, technicians, or contractors.
