Senior Teller A Senior Teller serves as a lead resource, mentor to new tellers, and play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with our members. This position offers the opportunity to have one-on-one contact, cross-selling credit union products and services that meets or exceeds member needs. Tellers engage members in conversation, build strong relationships, and educate members about Langley products and services. Sales and relationship building skills are essential to this position. A Teller is the face of the organization and provides the Langley Background at every interaction. Assignments include: Processes cash orders and verifies shipments; loads TCDs and balances; balances branch; provides overrides; opens and closes branch; maintains coin machines. Processes member counter transactions in compliance with Credit Union policies, procedures and regulatory agencies. Identifies and communicates cross-selling opportunities to members to meet monthly goals.
