Registered Nurse/Program Administrator/Care Coordinator- Connections, New Ulm (Fulltime) POSITION OVERVIEW: The staff member's primary duty includes providing guidance for the program and staff with 50% time Program Administrator and 50% time Registered Nurse/Direct Care with adolescents. Offer skill building services and supervision/structure to adolescents while they are placed at Greater Minnesota Family Services' Connections Group Home Program. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's degree in human services field. Licensed Registered Nurse. Background: Licensed Registered Nurse in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing. Maintain renewal of RN license and CPR certificate. Background working in a human services field working with at risk adolescents are preferred. Compensation: Pay ranges are based on education and background. Skills & Knowledge: Understanding of counseling techniques and theories related to mental health issues of adolescents.
