The applicant will work at a university lab and compensation varies according to applicant's training and background. It is designed for MD or foreign medical school graduates (with permanent resident status) to build valuable professional experience. The principal responsibility is to work together with established investigators to perform various surgical procedures and to produce research and scholarly publications in peer-reviewed academic journals to pave the way for his/her final independence to be qualified as a faculty member.
