The Material Planning Supervisor s purpose is to provide technical knowledge, operations experience, and management expertise at a 1st line supervisory level in the daily direction and efficient performance of activities/functions on a daily shift basis to attain short and long-term facility objectives. Some of the Key responsibilities * Supervise Material Planners for effective execution of manufacturing production plans * Tracking shipments and communicating to assembly and manufacturing operations as required. * Update daily, weekly, and monthly metrics and reports and manage documents and projects as assigned by Materials Manager * Train and develop succession plans for key Material Planners
