Manager, Contact Center Fleet Laboratories, A Prestige Brand Company is seeking an experienced Manager for our corporate Contact Center program by overseeing global, regional and local consumer and healthcare professional contacts, including resources, systems and processes. The contact center is responsible for over 75 brands marketed by the company. ACCOUNTABILITIES -- Manages the Contact Center including direct communication with consumers and Health Care Professionals regarding complaints and inquiries related to Prestige Brand products -- Responsible for managing the Contact Center operations (people, processes, procedures and systems) -- Responsible for managing the Contact Center budget development and costs associated with the Wilke Global Consumer System.
