Summary of Job: The Service Technician is responsible for performing quality tuning and repairs to customer ski and snowboard equipment, complete accurate work orders, and prioritize work in an expedient manner. They are responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining a safe and productive workplace environment. Additional duties include assisting with retail operations and generating sales. This is a seasonal position running from November to April. Essential Job qualifications: Execute daily operations by opening and/or closing service outlets.
