Job overview: To provide professional medical care to associates, conduct screenings, promote wellness among associates and perform assigned safety and health functions. To outline the correct method of training newly hired , retrain, cross train existing employees in such areas as: job specific training, proper work methods, OSHA required employee training (PIT,LOTO, Chemical Specific Training) Required functions, Duties & Responsibilities: Promote and schedule wellness activities among associates Treatment of associates for injuries/incidents, assist in trend analysis Monitor work related injuries Track Management Accountability Program Contact company physicians when necessary (restriction clarification, after hour emergencies, etc) Complete the new hire safety orientation and training for assigned task.
