OPTICAL FINISH EXCELLENCE TRAINER * Establish and communicate training goals to leadership and associates * Collaborate with Lab Management on training schedule. * Publish and Communicate training schedule including expectations * Facilitate training sessions to include: o Classroom Work Instructions / Hands On when applicable o Shop Floor Demonstration / Hands On
