JOB DETAILS: The HR Manager is responsible for assisting the Director of HR in managing the department and providing a full range of HR management services, including responsibility for activity in the areas of Recruitment and Staffing, Benefits, Policies & Procedures, Payroll, as well as assisting the Director in the area of Employee Relations. REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS: Bachelor's degree five years related experience Excellent Microsoft office suite skills (Microsoft word, Ms excel, Power Point) Background with a Human Resources Info System Exceptional customer service skills Extreme attention to detail, highly organized Highly confidential and diplomatic Outstanding written and oral communication abilities Great analytical and critical thinking skills Background in supporting Federal, State and Local employment law, i.e. FMLA, ADA, Work Comp, etc.
