The HR Coordinator will help support the Sr. Human Resources manager and other department management with HR related matters. The HR Coordinator will demonstrate a high-level of trust, confidentiality, good judgment and collaboration. The Coordinator will work together with employees, managers and senior leaders of the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform duties using HRIS database systems Maintain confidential personnel files Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping Human Resource details confidential Welcome new employees to the organization by assisting with new hire orientation and new hire paperwork Conduct general clerical duties
